I was given anti malaria drug today at ante natal clinic. I was instructed not to take it together with my daily supplements but to start taking my supplements 2 days after taking the anti malaria drug.

Please I've come again o, my belleful DW went for ANC yesterday and the doc said she got malaria. She was given malaria drugs and some usual ferrous, calcium and sleeping pill.

So immediately she took the drugs (they're quite much) last niight. she started feeling the babies kicks and somersaulting. The movement were intense and so much for 3hours that she couldn't sleep until 3am. She has not experienced this before.

Pls experience mama especially the Iya-ibeji, is this normal occurrence for baby movement tho as at this morning the movement has subsided.

I don't knw I'm not the only one who woke up excited this morning,the fact that in next few weeks I will get to meet my no 1 prayer point after 3yrs and month is enough to smile more.....

Yes o, am super excited that we are now in April, next month is so close now. I will just start my shopping this weekend because work hasn't allowed me have the strength to do anything. Tiredness is the order of the day and turning to other side on the bed with my biggy belle is not easy.
My food intake has reduced,I don't have appetite to eat like before as am just forcing myself to eat now.
May God see all of us through amen.

Mama if it's only tea and malt u can tolerate please take it just make sure u are not dehydrated.Very soon u will be able to tolerate it

1. Are you drinking from a Plastic cup or bottle? Then try to change to Stainless, Glass or Ceramic. It worked for me. I got the idea from a foreign pregnancy forum, turned out a lot of us Ladies there were having nausea caused or worsened by drinking from plastic.

2. Another thing that helped me too was drinking Cold Ijebu Garri Water. So when I could, I'll add a few spoons of Ijebu Garri to a Mug, add plenty cold water, stir, allow the Garri to settle and then drink the water on top.

My Dr says nothing wrong with Cold water. Just warned me to try not to catch a cold (cough and catarrh)

3. I also noticed I got more nauseous each time I ate late like very hungry before eating so I tried eating before I got very hungry.

I used to have this problem until I discovered that the solution was drinking cold water...so cold water to the rescue always

I thought the "Stainless thing" for me was a 'self-formulated', & "lone-thingy o. #lol.
Water stopped going down my throat, I just unintentionally used a small stainless bowl someday, & I noticed it went down so well.
Ever since, I started using a v.big stainless bowl, and it made me drink so well.
D garri thing also works mama.
