They need ultrasonic jets with high altitude, that can use advanced radar to scan enemy position from very high altitude without flying too low that ordinary gun can bring down.

What baffles me is that, at this time and age, with all the resources we have, Nigeria can't even boast of one or at least two active surveillance and assault drone(s), that ought to be patrolling the region at least 10hrs daily, in a campaign like this drones are the best option, target, aim and destroy, undetected. There is nothing wrong in using unguided missiles. The US etc all use them. They are cheaper and you can saturate a wider area with fire. On the other hand guided missiles are way way expensive. 1 missile eg helfire could cost over $50k. They are mainly used for priority targets, eg tanks, moving targets or buildings ie precision strikes.
