A govt - ministry of works and housing that is claiming to have rehabilitate a road paid for and done by rccg - using same road project to steal both from the govt and rccg is most troubling and on becoming of apc and this govt. Apc and this govt have borrowed as far as the eye can see - nothing to show on ground. Insecurity on high and no ending. Yes they are. I am not even in Nigeria, however, every news about Nigeria that I watch from my base, its always about Fulani Herdsmen and Boko haram. The question is, do we have the same issues in other Muslim Nations that you mentioned?? NO.

So, don't compare the Muslim nations you mentioned to Nigeria. Nigeria has its major problems which are peculiar to Her as a Nation.

Fulani Herdsmen and Boko Haram are not main threat to Nigeria's unity. Even before the advent if these groups, our democracy has been a fragile one.
In the early 2000s, we had the Niger Delta militants. The group destroyed and raped with total impunity.
Before them, there have been riots, civil unrest, massacre based on ethnic and religious sentiments.

When you watch the news from your base, I guess you also hear about internet fraudsters. A good number of these miscreants are from the southern part of the country.

Truth is, you can't single out a particular ethnic or religious group as the root cause of the problems in this country.

No need to make this about PDP, both parties are corrupt. When Fashola was Governor, the company BudgetIT via their twitter handle took it upon themselves to expose the corruption with road projects executed under his administration. The evidence was overwhelming, feel free to look through their twitter handle.

What marvels me is that under the road was built for 188M for 8.2km, that is 22M per km. Compare this to some of the ridiculous prices being quoted for road projects across Nigeria with some going as high as 1bn Naira per km then you begin to get a clearer picture that we are finished in this country. We are finished as a people, and I do not see any respite in sight. It is one thing to even use projects to steal funds, how about we simply then execute the project to standard and finish it, is that too much to ask?

Our budget as is is more than enough to lift us out of decadence and poverty in as little as 20 years if implemented to the letter. But it is unfortunate that all we have are a bunch of heartless, demon controlled men in positions of leadership who have zero business being at the helm.

How can a managing director of a company that got a federal contract not able to speak English?! How was the terms of the contract discussed with him?! How was he able to read the drawings and understand the scope of work?! You people should at least have pity for the unborn generations!

Why is the company coming out to collect the balance now for work not done under this integrity government?! Some APC crooks have already told him to come for his balance having known that it will Eventually end up with some one fainting!

RCCG didn't know and did the road between 2016 and 2019.
The company wants to collect balance now and claiming they did the road.
RCCG got wind and alert the govt that the road was done by RCCG.
