I mean a proof of fund of at least 28 days is required, now am expecting like 15 million naira 20 days to my school resumption date.
I will use express Visa,so my proof of funds won't reach 28 days,so in order to start school on time I want to pay for the accommodation and school fees.now my main question is can I show this at the embassy as proof of funds with like a 4 million naira 28 days bank statement?

There is nothing like express visa without the 28 days for holding of funds in your account

Please follow the 28days rule ... Even if you've paid your full tuition fee , the maintenance fee must be in your account for 28days...
Don't pay for any Accommodation if you haven't gotten your visa ...
I don't know if you understand

Definitely cannot work.
Should you use the super priority visa, you’ll still need to hold your funds for 28days at least.

I have about N16M in my account for over 28 days now. This will be enough for maintenance for family of 4(main applicant inclusive). I am expecting another N10m into my account . Can I just pay the balance of my tuition fees from the fresh deposit and proceed to the visa applications without waiting for another 28 days once my CAS is been issued?

Be careful of Automatic refusal, there's no short cut in UK visa. Balance of your fees and living expenses for 28-30 days. Ukvi will not see you physically to explain

The school might & should have room for late resumption especially if it’s due to visa delays. Ensure it’s 28 days then maybe do the super priority visa which ideally is just 24hours but might be longer.

Speak to your schools visa team for advice.

Any university or course that do not ask for at least one reference is a very useless university. It shows they only want your money and can admit anybody. You shouldnt waste your money in suchschool.
There are many important choice you should make when choosing university such as tuition, course curriculum, location (job opportunities of the area), cost of living (London is very expensive and southern area) and many more.
Most UK university ask at least one reference. A family friend who owns a company can be your reference.
Also a mosque or church leader can also be your reference. A teacher (secondary school) or lecturer from another school (university, college of education, polytechnic) can be your reference.

With all these options, at least you must have one.

There is no fixed amount. I implore you to Google about "Tier 4 Visa application and Financial implication".

Your school fees and maintenance fee must be in your account for 28 days. Maintenance money for London and it's environs is higher than outside London. It also depends on what you paid for CAS as it will deducted from your tuition. Did you win scholarship? This will be deducted from school fees.

Go and google.

I started my application for my Uk visa last month. Initially, I applied to USA (Fall 2021)wrote Toefl and GRE all my applications has been waitlisted. This is why I shifted my focus to Uk now......So my question is on this prof of fund my mum has 11 million in her First bank account and I plan to use it for the visa interview. A friend of mine advised me to open a first bank account and transfer the money into my own account. But I am skeptical about it considering that The embassy might call the bank to investigate on my account.
Is it a good move to open an account now and transfer the money there ?

In my own opinion, you don't need new account. If you have any bank account your Mum can transfer all the money into the Bank account.
If you also wish to open an account, research on the Bank that is form A friendly with early transaction for your Tuition payment. Also make sure that your names tally with the account holder as it is in your international passport.
Ukvi will surely make calls to the bank, that's not a problem since all your informations are correct and let the money be intact in your account, you can also be adding more money into the account because of increase in exchange rate.
