This is a shame on the officers of the Imo St Police Command. A whole command did not have tactical squad on ground that could respond to any emergency at any time. It shows the lackadaisical attitude of the people saddled with securing lives and properties. At least, every state command should have tactical team on ground at any material time. Also where are the station guards?
