Eating some tamarind (awin/icheku). Usually eat the asian candied version, but today it's raw, and fabulous.

It's the stem that's used as chewing stick, right?
Sometimes, the inside is red.

There is no tooth paste that is as effective as that stem. I think it has antibacterial and antifungal properties
I wonder how they discovered it.
If you have blisters or plaque, they will tell you to chew the stem. Don't know why we don't commercialize these gems.

I think you know why. If I come your house right now and look in you bathroom I not find icheku that is good for blisters or plaque. What I will find is a tube of toothpaste and toothbrush.

I can imagine. We just switched to Teams too. I sabi use am so na me everybody dey come for tips and guidance. In person interactions are the best honestly especially you who manages people. You will at some point need to see them to make a proper assessment
