A born again Christian is saved already so he needs no deliverance, they don't see the world as anything therefore they're ever focused on accomplishing their ministry so that they can go to their homes prepared for them in heaven.

Nothing shakes their faith not even threats of death because they're already prepared to go home (Heaven) but most so called born again are scared to die therefore ordinary dying even seem like evil to such ones whereas the real born again see death as a home call!

Everyone needs deliverance. Deliverance isn't a thing that should be attributed or recommended for people who may be possessed with demons. It's for each and everyone of us. It's something we should subject our spirit to from time to time. No one is out of touch of the devil. The devil can touch anyone.

And when you say you are born again, how did you do it? Was it just a mere confession of the Word? That's not enough! They must be deliverance in the process. Now, deliverance is a process of separation. In coming to Christ, you must be separated from your past and then catapulted into the place of Christ.

From there, it becomes your responsibility to maintain the new life or relationship you've got with Christ.

Worthy of mention are the two primary concepts: the Word and the Spirit. The Word is so you know the language of God and use it at all times, and the Spirit is so this language can work for you, keeping you in a cordial relationship with God. Like I said earlier, no one is out of the touch of the devil and to have the Spirit, you must avail yourself to the deliverance process from time to time. Deliverance is always a time of refreshing to keep the Spirit with you.

Don't be deceived that once you are born again you don't need deliverance. That's not true. To maintain your right standing with God, you sure need it. Take note that right standing isn't about being a good person because God doesn't look at our good deeds, but our heart for Him.

For example, Judas Iscariot was with Jesus for a long time but today we all know his story. So, would you say Judas wasn't born again while he was with Jesus? Of course, he was. But at some point, the devil possessed him and used him mightily. If only he was delivered before he sold off Jesus, he wouldn't have done it. Now, you see how important deliverance is in the life of a Christian? Brethren, we all need deliverance.

But that is not totally true? Why? You have seen born again Christians with one issue or the other, such as attacks, repeated sicknesses, marital delays, oppressions etc.

It's true. I believe, being born again gives you the access to deal with certain issues of life through Christ. Please what is your own view? And if you feel am wrong, hope you have never had any issues in you life that required deliverance.

Is it not clear that the Believer is in the Kingdom of God? And that he has been delivered from the power of darkness? Isn't the Believer the temple of God? How can the devil possess God's dwelling place?? God FORBID!!!

The Word of God is final authority. Not people's opinions or experiences.

If you mean delivered from wicked men, situations, etc, I would understand. But from demons, Nah.. A Believer is far above the devil and all his works. A Believer sits in authority over the devil and his cohorts.

We Live in a World filled with Principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, Wickedness in High places, etc. These beings are constantly on the move looking for where to reside.

The Bible says when you break the hedge the Serpent will strike. Even as believers or people of God, there are times due to one thing or the other, you see yourself manifesting some strange acts or feelings. You need Deliverance at that point.

If Apostle Peter the right hand man of JESUS Christ was used by the devil at a point in the Ministry of JESUS Christ, then you understand the need for Constant Deliverance in the life of a Believer..

Personally, I don't play with Deliverance. I Release myself and take Full advantage of it..

I don't know why people are ignorant of English language ,deliverance is as good as saying help or rescue ,from the word deliverance ,u should know that born again need deliverance more than sinners bcuz a saint is more precious in God's eyes more than sinners in he'll fire and in the world..there are many types of deliverance what a sinner need is to surrender to Jesus Christ to be delivered from the power of Satan ,,"sin, and to be possessed by God own spirit ,from there as you grow in faith u will be going through different types of deliverance until you become the best of you ,deliverance from the power of sin,sickness ,poverty ,joblessness,death etc is within the job of God and he is faithful to his own job and we need his deliverance every moment of our Christian life on earth

Born again children of God dont need deliverance. Because (1), if the son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed (John 8:36) (2)Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear son in whom we have redemption through his blood even the forgiveness of sins.(colossians 1:13-14) if you are a genuine child of God and still looking for deliverance here and there I doubt your salvation.

Once you are born again, you don't need ANY deliverance. FACT!

However, there will always be problems or challenges around us as long as we live in this world.

When we become children of God, we are NOW in a new kingdom which have rules and regulations. If we faulter in it, we open ourselves to all sort of afflictions and even when that happened, we still don't need the deliverance but REPENTANCE

Jesus cast out 7 demons out of Mary Magdalene. So one can have more than one demon at a time.

And you will be experiencing deliverance every day as you uses the Bible verses to pray.

This is good question. One may need to go through a deliverance session depending on spiritual background. If the spiritual atmosphere is thick, it is necessary to do deliverance. You can see two brothers praying, serving, and worshipping almost the same way. One may have life very difficult and other like no problems. Find the out the backgrounds, you will find out the differences. The one that comes from a first generation Christian home has to put in more effort than those from from second generation and so on.
People from powerful homes, herbalists, kings, warriors that operated under powerful covenants. All manners of spiritual reinforcements (incisions, spiritual baths, inherited sicknesses, covenants,, etc) have effects on our Christian worship. Those in the field as ministers see all manners of things.

I would not want to share experiences, but many people have been erroneously guarded to believe this is not necessary or belong to wrong congregations. Those who are attending certain churches that cannot handle the spiritual needs: for instance, if one attends a motivational speaking church while having fundamental spiritual problem may be frustrated. Those whose spiritual atmosphere are clear will make it more than others those with thick atmosphere.

You don't seem to understand Christianity.

Some do. Depending on how 'colurful' your past and background is.

But in contemporary pentecostalism it is not as wide spread as posited. A lot of issues and things people seek deliverance from or about are not due to faulty spiritual DNA but issues of ignorance, disobedience and out right rebellion....
