People should stop whining abeg. Federal character is everywhere. Every country tries to give opportunities to underrepresented groups.

In Yankee schools, you will find black people and or women with low SAT, GRE and GMAT scores gaining admission with full scholarships when many qualified white and Asian kids are turned down. They call it affirmative action.

It also happens in the job market. Some interviews are held specifically to hire blacks, women, Hispanic and other underrepresented minority groups for the sake of ‘diversity’.

Mr man it seems you don't grab the point, the first class graduates that represent the northern states universities are southerners that schooled and graduated in the North, is not that the North did not have candidates, they but they are southern students and they scored the required point ahead of there northern counterparts

The VP of kings college told me that without quota system how will northerners have opportunity to attend such schools. He specifically mentioned Sanusi. That people such as him would not have seen kings college. I asked how they will cope? He said over time they pick up.
Modified: go and check who scored the highest in the screening for NDIC and who was instead appointed the chairman.

Please don’t put Sanusi’s name on that list. Anyone that is smart and has listened to Sanusi speak on economic matters would never believe what you have said. Sanusi is a very brilliant chap and I do not believe it was quota system that got him into Kings College!

That is one thing with president Buhari which should be commended.

He doesn't approve any federal employment or scholarship that discriminate any tribe.

He so much believe in one Nigeria that any federal employment in the north that fails to consider people from the south,he must cancel it.

That is what he did to the employment of Federal University of Gusau, Zamfara state.

Before he became the president,he likes interacting with different tribes.

That is one good thing we should be proud about him.

I don't know what you mean by southern

That is a characterization Fulani seek to impose on others just as I don't recognize the characterization Northern
and I do not accept the imposed identity of southern

First any fool can claim any person has a first class without evidence so that is a non issue

Serious scholars who get first class have no need to join politics which is about the only place quota system people can get work
