I will advise you to keep the Federal job for now and from there you can be looking for some overseas healthcare agencies that can hire you and also assist you to process your travelling documents while you're in Naija which will be a soft landing.

Continue with your plans but resume work anyways. Once the opportunity clicks, apply for a one month leave to go and check your new home...by God's grace, it will work for you.
