If from.now, I'll advise to go with your baby as F2 and sort daycare for her(if you're financially buoyant)

If from September, then I'll advise you to defer to spring, talk to your advisor or grad cord about the deferment

It covers tuition fees, housing, books and monthly stipends. What documents do I need to present to Embassy . thanks

Yea it's possible to file F2 for your husband and kid but you need to show that you can finance the journey and good home ties(something like your husband work)

Do I have to start another visa application with Lagos in it or this won't have any effect?

I submitted student's copy. What's your course. They have general assistantship application which you can fill online. Go to google and type WIU graduate assistantship form and then fill it. It requires recommendation letter and Sop also. So if you have submitted recommendation and sop before don't submit again. There are some you can apply separately too, contact your department. I applied 5th march. No assistantship for now, I am still hoping to get by God's grace. You have to call them fast before they end fall admission decision. They are almost done. Call the graduate school and complain and it will be attended to like wildfire.

Since your husband works he can request for a leave, this will make VO to believe he will come back home...an example of home tie.....other might also have another example
