The name on the 'intended Documents for evaluation', has to correlate with the profile name, ok. The issue of 'change of name due to marriage' etc, will be sorted in further registration(s), as they are aware of these name change possibilities. In other words, create a WES profile in your father's name. your change of name or additional name will be taken care of, in later registrations(post-WES).
