Bro, nothing goes wrong here.
They are local vigilante and knows their community more than you and i knows.
It happens everywhere,dont tell me that you dont know the black sheeps in your community.
The bandits knows that our police are half_baked and incompetent,thereby, they seek refuge in the station to cover their ass.
Be it in market square,church or mosque, once you notice and have evidence against someone that can cause damages to life and property, bro dont hesitate to blow the whistle.

The police are giving cover to bandit that is why there are still large population of bandits in the North.
