This is a not-too-bright answer. Whether you accept it or not, atheisim is a form of belief. The choice not to believe in a god is a belief system in itself. So cast that idea that Athesim is not a belief.


Another thing is atheist are not really smart people. Rather, the bulk of them believe in things that are founded on assumptions. And to believe in assumptions doesn't really sit well with the word "smart".

If both of you enter a room and you see a dead body, and then you go ahead to say that you're convinced without doubt that it was a little rock from space that hit him on the head, the burden is on you to prove it.
