UK always like domineering, and when such isn't given, they tend to breakaway. But will never support the break away of Their business centre contraption, Nigeria.

Isn't that greed and hypocrisy

There are questions about what the government can do to stop the plan for a breakaway football league

SOURCE

Stopping these clubs means infringing on their rights, UK government should tread carefully.

damn this is how almost all of America's spprts league are formed from the nfl to the nba the nfl has a elitist set of clubs and owners you can't just be a part of it just like that, this platform would make more money for the teams and increase rivalry, but for me i'm feeling nostalgic already of the champions league.

Las Las after the ranting I think the super league will stand strong.

The same way the UCL and UEL was born is how the SL has been conceived.

In life we can only progress!!!

Any idea that threatens the existing order must face stiff resistance. Make dem calm down jor!

Was uel and ucl born by d clubs or by a football governing body?

You said rubbish.
GENES11S:

It was never about the fans. They only needed the fans because they were paying parts of the bills. Now nothing is coming from the fans...games are being played in empty stadiums.

Buying of clubs kits/products is not reason enough to make fans a priority in this kind of dicision.

The smaller teams in Europe should also form their super league period

What's wrong with the so called big 12. Imagine Arsenal claiming big club. I just hope the fans will join forces and boycott their stadia if the ESL gain ground eventually. Lemme see how they will generate the proposed revenue.

Did you just mention FANS... When was the last time CLUBS make money from TICKET SALES. And you said ARSENAL FC is forming BIG CLUB... Chai.. You Bleep up.. You think it's only trophy that makes a CLUB BIG... FOOTBALL is a BUSINESS, CLUBS pays WEEKLY even if a PLAYER is INJURED.... You Dont Understand the GAME... The Fans will be HAPPY sef. This is not KANO PILLARS

Lo!z.....seriously I also think so but unfortunately not keeping quite is a kind of general decision to really make their intent known as one. Let's not forget uefa will have to kick three big clubs out since we still have Madrid, Man city there. Even in the Europa league they will have to kick Arsenal and Manchester united out, seriously football world is facing a big challenge here
