well, if the agitation is sincere and not political, if religious leaders from all faiths in the SW are consulted and agree on civil sharia, why not. The key here though is civil sharia, meaning it will not be used for criminal law as is done in the North. Sharia should only be used to settle family and monetary disputes in the SW/ Oduduwa Republic if granted, and that's it.

Majority of Lagos residents are Christians Infact 70%
Majority of Lagos indigenes are Muslims like 60% but they are a minority in the state ( Lagos indigenes are not up to 2m)
