I spent 8yrs learning the trade thereafter i proceeded to coe graduated with a good grade hoping to land a good teaching joy. not knowing i was on a long thing.. I spent 4yrs teaching at the salary rate of 7k.. .
When i complains the man asked me to leave, I left.
Now i am back to school for my degree program not hoping to search for job hereafter but to go back to shop.

Take a start at the travel section. There are various country student visa where you can get information for each country. In my opinion, US is the easiest because they have much more institution as such, it is more easier to get in.

For the US, you may need to write GRE and interestingly, veterans on the thread usually help subsidize the exam.

Calm down brother things will be alright. Sometime I do ask myself what exactly was the crime of Nigerian graduates? Those we finished sec school with that did get d opportunity to further their education but started something else are already big in such a way that we can't be measured with them, but in all we thank God. Try and get a skill, during Saturdays or every evening..it going to help

I really can't say for others, each person is different.
But at least 1yr with a mentor

Actually took me 3 yrs. My 1st yr, didn't see any good 'mentor'... just 'playing' around with indicators.
It took me close to 2 yrs with an experienced trader as guide

Nah that one u see bah for one private school where i dey do part-time work i was told for the whole term nah twice dem dey pay part-time teachers and that the last month dem no dey pay nah im i confront the proprietor i tell am say who gave u dat wicked and unjust method of payment? for the fact that i worked till 16th, set questions and mark those scripts i deserved to be paid. only if i wish to help i would take half salary for the month not that you would just assume i need no money!
