Reminds me, not long ago, lordreed had similar encounter with a christian who promised to miraculously alter the world view of lordreed concerning god and his might.

In the video, the christian guy prayed and bound and cast for what seemed like forever. All that time, lordreed was casually seated in his car, without a care in the world and carried on as if he was the devil himself.

I remembered laughing so hard when at the end of the deliverance or prayer session, lordreed simple asked, " are you finished?"
I bet lordreed had expected the kinda fantastic outpouring of otherworldly powers to overpower him, like it did Paul in the bible, altering his life forever.

It was such an embarrassment for the christian guy. I think he later confirmed lordreed to be untainted spiritually, whatever that means. Lordreed being a humble sportsman's that he is took the victory in his stride and simply moved on.

I don't know if the christian guy is still on nairaland, his moniker seems to have disappeared since then. I hope he's not mad with his god for throwing him under the bus in that encounter.

Anyways, I hope Elated comes through with this fresh challenge so lordreed could eat the humble pie and be put in his place once and for all.

Is your reply to me an attempt to prove God philosophically? If so, you should be the one giving a definition of "God", whether it (he) is an event or a object or whatever definition you wish.
Afterwards, you can go into the nitty gritty of the proof of his/its existence.

One big mistake Atheists do make is that They want God to be proven scientificaly which is impossible. Religion deals on faith while science deals on facts. The mystery there is a man can come out to rubbish a long agreed theory in science if there is proof. But same sets wants to counter long biblical records. Take Note, God can fight for himself and only needs a person He sends to proof him.

As far as I know man is the outcome of several million years of evolution. This is supported by biological and archaeological findings.
