How did you manage to be a graduate?

Your sense of self worth and self awareness is zero.

Can u do this job? Is it advisable to continue wit dis job?

I am stuck & afraid to quit.
I am a graduate but decided to take dis job early last year when nothing was forthcoming.

Work where u earn 12k, n most times u don't get to collect d amount complete. U collect 3k or 5k after deduction of shorts & I.O.U. cos u don't even get paid at d end of d month.

Salary is usually not paid at d end of month but second month. Maybe mid or towards ending of d other month.
Bills piling up & always broke. 1year + on d job but nothing to show for it.

Work from Monday to Sunday. Resume b4 8am & close by 8:30pm or 9pm.

It's being very challenging & I felt I should share to get some advice.

Which location u dey do this kind job

Unless you are gaining experience for some future activity leave this job. Seek some other job e.g. lesson teacher

Thanks, man.
The 12k isn't even guaranteed. There was a time I got really broke & I requested for my salary.

Meanwhile, the month has ended & it was d second month, around 21st or 25th. Guy, thought I should take I.O.U. but I asked why don't he just pay me.

I was surprised that he got angry & he did check & balance, I was paid like 6k then & he said dat I shouldn't write any short for him again.

I often ask b4 I get paid. If not, he will just lock up. Last month, I was paid 3k after all d check & balance.
He's taking you for granted. Are you sure you're a graduate? Why not take a teaching job in the meantime. It gives you more time and higher pay.

In which state do you stay and what's your discipline? Have you heard about some of these job websites you can subscribe to?

It's a pity that you have presented yourself to your boss as a hopeless man. Quit the job now. Don't let a bad job blind you from seeing better opportunities

@Eddodoh

This was what I told someone on another trend, don't leave the job yet but do this -

You are missing a very fundamental step, men don't just succeed, men are helped to be successful.

From your depositions you are sound mentally, but there's no authority in mental acumen or dexterity in any skill to bring you money.

go and stay with the Holy spirit to tell you what step to take, major decisions in life are taken from a place of deep spiritual emphasis like prayers, fasting and a proper understanding of the principles and precepts of God - how consistent have you been in these three

Wisdom is securing the counsel of God concerning your life as regards any matter, I don't think your challenge is skill or intelligence it has to do with your source - what is helping you succeed apart from your brain?

OP forget about what you studied. Can you list 3 things that you can do. Starting from the one you are good at.
Example,
Washing and Ironing clothes, barbing, teaching, cleaning, driving.
Because,
-If you start laundry even in your room, you'd make good money. Announce it in your church for free with the help of your pastor
-Barbing is obviously rewarding.
-Quality private teachers are on high demand
- home cleaning services
- you can rent Keke or bus and drive.

These are all better than what you are currently doing.
