I was jejely sleeping on my own o with slight contractions when I just felt a pop ( infact, I heard it). it was hot and plenty. At around 3am, the nurse then took me to the labour room, checked me, I was 6cm, she was surprised.. I started growling and begging for medication, I was in so much pain and agony. the contractions came and kept coming. nurse said she would check me by 6am. 3 hours felt like forever. by 5:10am, I started having the urge to push, she asked me not to that I could tear my cervix, I tried but it was so hard not to push. at 5:35 twin A came, his brother came 10 minutes after. vaginal delivery. may God take control of our births

Congratulations mama...for stomach pain,you should avoid anything cold and complain to your doctor..for breast milk..take coconut water and plenty hot pap..by God grace, your breast milk will start flowing within one hour...talking from experience

I miss blessedMyra posts I hope she’s doing okay . Can’t wait to see her bep. March teamies I got my first period post delivery. Omooooo the pain Na wa. I’ve used 5 pad in the last 4 hours is this normal? My pad is soaked full in less than 30 minutes

Congratulations! For Breast Milk, see if you can buy Lactation Cookies and Cereals, Quaker Oats helps too and also using Breast Pump to stimulate your breast for the milk.to quickly come in.

Gradually getting my groove back. Went for scan today, EDD according to scan is 29/10 . EDD according to LMP is 1/11.

I will like to go with team October.

During my first, LMP gave an EDD of 3rd Feb, I had my son 31st Jan. So I will go to team October
