It was politically created and not an original title created by the historical traditional institutions in Edo.
All the traditional titles in Edo state are historical and traditionally created by the higher traditional rulers by their own authority and relevance.
This particular one was a political one and other traditional rulers may have told the governor that they don't accept it.
Since it was created the ruler have been using his position to destabilise the communities around them...
