Hi house, the earpiece of my phone is not as loud as it used to be, sometimes I hear clearly, other times I have to be in a quiet area to hear well, could it be software or hardware issue, this has got me thinking of buying a new phone as the primary function of a phone is to make and receive calls.

If it is CC9 it uses same parts as Mi 9 lite, ask Repairpalng, Repairguru

I experienced the same on my phone too. I couldn't hear calls when I'm on the road. Thought it was software issue.

Then I noticed that the speaker is a bit dusty. I decided to clean it very well with dry toothbrush and blow breeze inside.

When I made a call, e be like say I buy new phone. It was very loud. Try it, it may solve the issue.
