Good morning please gurus in the house can anyone help me with the link to join the UK spouse settlement visa please,

If the child is British citizen then they are not subjected to immigration control so therefore will be exempted but if the child is not British then threshold will increase. £18,600 is the financial requirement to be met.

"An additional gross annual income of £3,800 is required for the first child sponsored
in addition to the partner and an additional £2,400 for each further child. The level of
the financial requirement will therefore be:

• partner with no children or no children who are subject to the income
requirement – £18,600
• 1 child in addition to the partner – £22,400
• 2 children in addition to the partner – £24,800
• 3 children in addition to the partner – £27,200 "

Join UK spouse settlement visa and you will see a lot of cover letter templates.[/quote]

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Need clarification on the 28 days for financial requirement

is the 18,600pounds from the sponsor meant to be in the account for 28 days before the statement is printed out?

Or it is the gross annual icome of the sponsor that should show on the employment letter?

Would appreciate your response.

Thank you

Good evening house .please can someone help me on information about Extension for a spouse visa .what and what do I need to apply for Extension.thanks
Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Oneguy03(m): 12:21am On Apr 12, 2021
18,600 does not need to be in the sponsor's account. It is the minimum annual salary a sponsor should earn for at least 6 months prior to application in other to stand eligible to sponsor their spouse if they are going through salary route

I am not certain but I am assuming you mean the next stage after the initial spouse visa.

I forgot to upload my TB certificate when I uploaded my documents. Fortunately I detected before I went for Biometrics, they helped me scan it though it cost me another fee. But I have been have having sleepless nights ever since. I kept on asking the lady that attended to me if she was sure it would be added to the documents I have uploaded.
Pls house, would it be added to it for sure sad sad
Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Oneguy03(m): 2:39pm On Apr 23, 2021
It should, because they send your biometric details together with your supporting documents to DMC.
However, in some cases, the ECO will email you to send some documents they can't find

I think it'll be best if you get a bank statement from your bank that spans the duration of 6 months.
Alternatively, you can print your 6 months e-statement yourself and take it to the bank to stamp.

Pls kindly assist. Those that have recently done and pay the visa, pls how much did you get charged for the IHS in Naira and the spousa visa. I just checked the IHS , I am seeing $2,200. I don't even know how much my bank will chat me. I have about 2Million in my account. I don't know if it will be enough. Already I have done the IELTS exam last year. Just remaining the TBS. I await your response. Thank you

I strongly advise you have your TB certificate and every other document with you before submitting and paying for your application.
I'm not sure how much they all are in Naira but 2Million will not be enough to pay for both Visa and IHS
