With proper support(Columns) in place, you can have a concrete fascia (popularly called parapet) on your 6in Wall.

Considering the extra weight on the structure, I’ll recommend a precast or aluminum design

UWLC. please between stamped concrete and asphalt/bitumen flooring which is a better choice for the internal flooring all factors being considered and not cash is not an issue. Kindly advise

Do you mean external flooring? Asphalt/bitumen is not good for internal floors.

DUNKA:
yes external flooring

Both are actually good but the condition where they work best differs.

Asphalt is cheaper and quicker to install than stamped concrete. Both has lower maintenance but asphalt, when it’s well maintained, is less prone to cracking than concrete.

I’ll do asphalt flooring instead of stamped concrete. It’s cheaper to maintain asphalt.
