I had to call a Friend to link me up with an officer here at Oshogbo before I could capture ..just imagine and even had to pay a whole 3,000 naira for processing fee

See everyone should she did it herself as if I committed crime

Capturing and verification process seamless today.was told to check back in 3 weeks time

they wont capture you that what? Search through this thread... someone gave an explicit description of how to move/maneuver if doing it yourself in abuja. It was very detailed.
Sorry you are going through this, do not let them get to you.
Another thin is to ask directly for servicom desk, dress properly and be firm. And ask the right questions. Do not act as if obtaining a Nigerian passpt is not your right

I later got to capture had to get someone to connect me with an officer here ooo and I ended paying processing fee

They weren't gonna capture me because I don't have any officer handling it

They've been doing capturing since 1812 and nothing to show for it na so dem dey do oooo.... Ibadan Passport Office smh

Send a mail to NIMC customer care they will respond, They also respond on IG so you can also DM them there. The two options was how I resolved mine

I have mailed them on Twitter. They got the message and responded back the next day that they are working on it. Since last week tuesday. Till now no response.
I will be glad if you can help me with the contact you use. I can also contact them there may be i can be attended to too.
