This man won a competition for God sake involving designers across the length and breadth of the country and his design was chosen as the best at that material time when there was little to nothing sophistication in designing... But what I don't really understand is that his case had been brought up several times and I think the government had responded appropriately at some point in time and so I don't understand this latest quest for sympathy or help again.

I remember vividly when this issue was tabled in 2013, GEJ gave him a national award in 2014 and directed that he be placed on monthly salary.
