I dont know the shopping mall you are talking about, but shoprite here in lagos has both frozen and fresh chicken. Thats where i get my fresh chicken from,no addictive whatsoever.

How can you be so sure that there are no additives added to the frozen chicken?

Put yourself down so that your Chi will lift your up to the millionaire you want to be because from your photos you are still a thousandnaire.

Your photo is lacking basic things like blender, tiled floor, cooking gas. You hear put yourself down make God lift you up....

Chief Investor, you are cooking with charcoal oven? And your house isn't tiled?

Warren Buffet of Osogbo

He is right.

With over N10m in my account at 30, my house looked like that years ago.

Most people living in mansons are hungry.

Most people driving big cars don't have money for fuel. People I relate with.

Irony of life.

Hello!

I must commend the op. These days its hard to find men who cook. So, thumbs up!

However, I am not so comfortable with op's choice of protein. Frozen chickens are laced with lots of preservatives that can, in the long run expose op to a few health challenges. Same thing goes for the processed tomatoes. Op should in the future buy fresh chickens and use red bell peppers to create a rich stew texture and colour. Op should also be aware that he can prepare his own tomato paste for future use. It is pretty easy and way healthier than the industrially processed options.

I didn't see the spices that op used, but let's assume he used the industrially processed ones. Thus, I would advise that he ditches those ones and use a combination of ginger, garlic, calabash nutmeg (use sparingly) and bay leaf to produce a rich aroma and not only that, these spices are medicinal.

Op, where are your greens? A few slices of cucumber, lettuce or steamed broccoli green beans on the side would have been a perfect side attraction.

Lastly, it is not so hygienic to place food items on the floor, when its not like you are cooking for a big wedding. Next time, you can prep your recipe and let them remain on the table in the kitchen. Your source of heat looks interesting, cooking outside can be fun, but I didn't see a "wind shield" to block your food from dust.
