Glad to announce to y'all that: I AM THE NUMBER ONE MAMA'S BOY ON NAIRALAND. No level of blackmailing by members of the other gender can stop me from being a proud mummy's boy! 5 Likes 1 Share |

No one should hang anything on my wall biko. Let the wall be bare except for family photos, and that is because I grew up in such a household. |

Dead or alive, it doesn't matter. Some men share a very strong bond with their mum. It's not suppose to be an issue, at least from my own point of view o. 5 Likes 1 Share |

PlayMaker14:in relationships there should be boundaries.will you be ok with her putting her father's frame in the dinning room or bedroom? Awkward Abi? Exactly.that is how it looks putting your mom's picture there.that doesn't mean that you don't love your mom 1 Like 1 Share |

Beckham14:the thing is,it depends on agreement For example, for the sake of your kids knowing their paternal and maternal grandparents, you could hang their pictures on the wall so your kids can know their grandparents from both sides but splashing pictures of your Mom all over the house is just ridiculous that visitors begin to wonder what's up I went to a married couples house and I saw pictures of the mother of the husband.i didn't know at first because she looked young. meanwhile it was the picture used during her younger days so I innocently asked the man is this your sister or your second wife.they both laughed and said it's his mom's because the pictures of her were all over the place that I was wondering whether it's the couple that owns the home or the man's mom.it was almost looking as if the woman dashed them the house and so her picture had to be almost everywhere 3 Likes 1 Share |

Hilarious thread, more hilarious comments. Never knew people put framed photos of their parents in their homes, I thought it was the parents that put that of the children and grandchildren in their living room. It sounds very strange to me, never even thought of placing my mums framed picture in the living room. I have never visited someone with their either of their parents photos framed and hung in the living room, maybe its in the bedroom as some posters have said. 3 Likes |
