How do u cook the fried rice

I parboil the rice and add some curry and salt to it. For the veggies, I stir fry them and add a little curry, spices, and salt as well. Once both is cooked, I mix them and allow them steam up together.

Dinner:
Mashed potato cakes, coleslaw, chicken, and beef.
