The butter one has more buttery taste than the other. It also has more oil. I used the butter type to make Avocado oil two weeks ago.It contains more oil than the water type

Them shave skin away from Oxtail we have here.

Dinner:
Mashed potatoes, puree (caramelized onions, tomatoes, sweet corn, sour cream, milk) unfortunately, the corn didn't blend smoothly and I couldn't strain it, coleslaw, chicken, beef.
