From the GCMS notes, the program case analyst has grave concerns that you've not truthfully answered all the questions asked of you especially for the fact that you didn't declare your past visa refusal to the US.

To tackle this concern, you need a well-thought argument and detailed explanation that would express your honesty of not having any intention to mislead the immigration authorities. In your response, you should clearly state that it was an honest mistake and highlight the credibility of your several attempts to correct the mistake.

As for your sponsor financial stance, the program case analyst is also not satisfied that there will be adequate funds for your proposed period of stay in Canada. To address this concern, I will recommend you print a 1 year bank statement accompanied with mybank statement certificate with ticket ID and password. If possible, you should get pictures of you and your sponsor in the past and evidence of history and ongoing financial support from your sponsor.

Act fast NOW!

I have sent my sponsor's 1year statements and MBS.
But the rest I kinda don't have.

What is the visibility of getting the visa.

Have you drafted a response for not declaring the previous refusal you had from US?. You should implement the advices I have enumerated in my last post. With regards to the evidence to establish strong proof of relationship with your uncle (sponsor), its important that you include old photos, proof of tuition payment and/or transfer of your living expenses into your account.

Please my brother is my sponsor and has transferred from his personal account living expenses and 2nd semester fees to my personal account for easy access and has paid 1st semester fee

I plan submitting his salary bank statement for 6 months and my 6 months bank statement.
Please I’ll like to know if this is a right decision I made

And I would also appreciate if my SOP can be reviewed
Thank you

This is absolutely the best way to prove to the immigration authorities that you will have complete assess to funds during the course of your studies. Apart from him paying your tuition fee and transferring funds to your account, you should include relevant documents to show that you're closely related. Documents like: Birth Certificates, International Passport, family photos should suffice.

Please outside the three forms in the online application (imm5654e; imm1294e; imm5257b) is there any other form we are to submit?

Not at all boss. You're required to fill only the three immigration forms.

Looking at the CIC website, family information form IMM5707 was recommendedfor Nigerian applicants and im kinda confused

The family information form IMM5707 is for paper applications which is unacceptable at this time due to Covid-19 pandemic. Upon successful providing of answers to the online questionnaire, the list of documents and forms will be generated for you to fill and upload into their various columns.

Hi guys! Pls is it possible to swap date with IOM? I got Medical request on Wednesday but the earliest date I got was 25th May, but I would have loved to go for medical examination earlier than this date. I am looking for who to swap with if there is anything like that.

Please house,
When can I book for biometric....... I seem not to understand...I plan to submit my application by 13th May,
Thank you

You book for biometrics AFTER you’ve submitted your application not before. You have to pay for both application and biometrics fees at the same time on submission which is a total of CAD235.

Afterwards, a biometrics request letter will drop in your GCKey account (usually within 24hrs of submission) then you can book for it.

What you booked earlier is not valid.

You should complain about the current eligibility assessment through a CSE via webform. This can also trigger your file to progress and be attended to.

You can claim u sold or property or better still.. if u have another bank account u can can deposit it in a different bank account with a lone company name and not ur own name. Preferably a running Account, ensure funds is kept there for the period of 5month before applying.

I still don't understand why some applicants are waiting for medical request before going for their medical exam. It's imperative you do the upfront medicals. The backlog is getting longer with each passing day. Waiting for medical request will cause unnecessary delay to your PPR.
