Actually it doesn’t add value to the cost of rent to this building so we add the money to the hand railing to have rugged wrought iron railings that will last the test of time.

I like the client decision.
Bcs it’s not wise to waste money on something that doesn’t add value to things this days.
As I said earlier the people in this location doesn’t value modern kitchen cabinet.( HDF board).
What they like here is big space with moderate finishings.

We did same for the client formal house some years back and the block cabinet still remains intact till today.

I have be cracking my head between concrete and wooden cabinets, seeing this finishing have made up my mind for concrete, Nigerian tenants feels paying rent give them right to vandalize others property.

Rightly said my bro.
Reason why someone needs to ponder when it comes to finishings of regular residential building, you don’t need to do something flamboyant in some location bcs they (tenants)will not value those things.
It’s better you do something rugged

We have 6 units of 2bedrooms flats and 2 units of mini flats, total 8 flats

It’s not big like that, although the one here served 2 waste line so the size there is recommended.
More so no matter how small or big chamber is, it can’t retain water unless if it’s not well constructed.
