No they didn't. This is a tiresome falsehood that arabs have successfully perpetuated. There were always jews on that land. The entire land of Palestine was divided into 2 - 75% is Jordan today, the remaining 25% was for Jews. The Jews took their portion in peace, arabs decided they wanted 100%... here we go today.

You should familiarize yourself with the Balfour declaration.

In summary:
The genetic blueprints of Cannanites are in both Jews and Arabs of today.

The land of Cannan where the Cannanites live were originally divided into portions. Where the jews lived and other tribes lived.

The lands of Nazareth and Galilee e.t.c were never owned by Arabs.

This is why for example Israel does not try to take Syria, Lebanon.

But ignorant commenters like yours will claim it belongs to modern day Palestinians.
