Teeth whitening is just cosmetic jare. If you want your teeth a few shades brighter then go for it.

What matters is scaling and polishing which is the actual cleaning of the teeth. Whitening is not necessary (if you don’t have peculiar stains) and can be uncomfortable because of tooth sensitivity afterwards. Also whitening doesn’t last long.

Nothing like tooth whitening... I know where they do that thing in Dubai.They will just sharpen ur tooth then use a white substance to enclose ur teeth individually. The downside is you no go fit grind bone or chew hard stuffs else the thing go come off.

I did teeth whitening it worked , my teeth was really white but I still was engaged in blazing but it does work and you can maintain it, but it's costly mine was 60k lasted for a long while
