We are already there.

This is about as far as we'll go with Ole Gollum..

City will still be streets ahead over the long haul.Liverpool will recover next season, Chelsea will get better under TT and our fight each year will be a Cup competition and Top 4.

We used to mock Arse_anal for lacking ambition and always fighting for top 4 now we are doing the same and celebrating 2nd.

We used to mock Arse_anal for celebrating being top of league and telling them “league isn’t won in Jan” but we are doing the same.

Chaiii. I weep for my club

Lol.

You even forgot that Ole made the top 4 in a pandemic when there were no fans attending games.

Before the shutdown, our guy was in 6th and in danger of missing the top 4 last year.

those praising him for top 4 finishes are doing so without taking that fact into cognizance.

Let's see our guy when crowds return.

He knew it would take a Herculean effort. He was someone in the inner circle and knew what the true situation was and what was likely to happen.

ROY KEANE

He has a good mentality, good temperament and is good with his feet, but I've seen a few goals go in recently where he looks so small in the goals.

'Tonight he may look at it and go "it's not my best night", but he needs a run of games.

'They can't go back to De Gea, I don't think that's the final answer either.

We can't go back to De gea - simple.

They can’t go back to De Gea because he’s a foreigner and British interest must come first.

If the replacement isn’t better than the original, why is it a replacement in the first place?

The way Henderson made himself look so small for the 4th goal tells me he’s not ready yet for the big leagues.

He was practically begging Salah to put the ball into the far post.

It was so amateurish. I have seen Sunday league goalkeepers with better positional sense.

David Gill knew the Glazers were useless and the system was rotten. Immediately he heard Fergie was leaving omolomo ya look away.

Lol! David Gill na old dog in the game, e know what's up. This might sound outrageous but I feel that Gill and Fergie are partly responsible for our current situation. They both practically ran the club without taking steps to modernize the structure and revitalize the team before living the club.

These protests must spur them..I don't think they will still do their normal BS after all the protests..

Only negative I see might be signing just english players..

American owners? I highly doubt they pay attention to ‘protests’.

English players are too costly, signing one or two can consume the whole transfer budget.

Hope they’re still keeping tabs on Sancho though, he’s doing well at the moment.

You pointed out what Keane said but you conveniently left out what Scholes said.

Scholes:
"The goalkeeper situation is a big worry. I felt the timing was right to give Henderson a chance but he hasn’t convinced me yet.

"If De Gea is leaving do they need a No.1 or a No.2? I wanted Dean to do well, but I think he’s been at fault for three of the goals tonight."

Near misses...

We were top of the league at some point and with City struggling, the path looked clear for us to seize the initiative but nope, we bottled our lead and are now 10pts adrift of City...It's note worthy to underline that this City side have been very poor in the league this season as with other rivals, tue point total over the past few years speaks to this...

We were top of our UCL group and in a comfortable position then everything crumbled and boom, Europa league football...

We played Leicester in the FA Cup quarters to a chance to face Southampton in the semis but Ole opted to rest our key men even when we had no games coming up for 2 weeks...

Lost the Caraboa cup semi final to City...

Europe league? The jury is out on us...

Now, let's talk last season;

Bottled the UEL semi final...

Both the FA Cup semi final...

Bottled the Caraboa cup Semi final...

Even when he was caretaker, we looked set to make the UCL at some point but for the first of many times, we bottled it with a string of bad performances...

Isn't the above history of near misses enough to draw an inference into next season?

Okay.

Can you list the top 5 seasons United had under SAF? And then also, list how many semis SAF also bottled. Cos I don’t understand you people.

Is 3 semis closer to 3 yeye trophies than no semis?

And No, a semi final is not okay, winning the trophy is the koko. but castigating someone for even getting a foot in is kinda funny.

And no, it doesn’t mean that the expectation next season is a semi final finish. And it definitely doesn’t mean that it will be an almost- as you stated.

He definitely prioritized the UEL (Afrodoc2, handelex, Larride, Illimitable you guys should confirm true or otherwise) ...We were well on course to make top 4 but he couldn't risk going in hard for both knowing that we were an injury to a key player aware from losing it all...

It's similar to Chelsea's position at the moment, do you go in hard for the FA Cup final and risk losing or getting an unfavorable result on Tuesday?

Tuchel would've rather they're not in a position where he has to use his top players in highly competitive games ahead of the FA Cup and UCL final but at the moment, every game is just as important...I dare say the FA Cup is least important now for Chelsea...

You are still very wrong. Results in the league weren’t going our way. We were drawing stalemate against mid table teams fFS. There was a reason we were 6th for crying out loud.

We drew too many matches. We went on a winning run and went from 6th to 6th. They were many jokes over this then.

It was when qualifying was almost imposssjbke given the way things were that Europa became lord and savior. We were never on course to get into the top 4.

See how far we were to 4th.

The table doesn't point to anything. Anyone who followed proceedings that time will know that Mou prioritized the UEL because he couldn't risk fighting on a fronts and losing out ultimately...

Top 5 seasons under SAF? You know them already, so no need...

Which one is yeye trophies? When they list trophies won by clubs, do they exclude the community shield, Caraboa Cup, FA Cup and UEL? It may not be as prestigious (The FA Cup is though) but certainly it's a trophy...

As I replied handele.x, this is Manchester United, we hold our coaches to high standards. Semi final appearances is nothing to be proud of and it doesn't in any way placate the fans. Nothing beats winning trophies...

Maybe justification has another meaning I don't know lol since speaking the truth means justification.

I don't want to go down this road, we've had it too many times.

If don't know, lemme remind you that we've been mediocre for 9yrs now, it didn't start in the last two years.
