I’m not a dentist. I think most stars wear veneers to protect their teeth and give the illusion of whiteness instead of messing with their teeth, which can further damage their enamel, dentin etc.

I went to the General hospital to inquire about teeth whitening. I was advised by the dentist to avoid it cos it could damage d tooth and d sensitivity will make me feel uncomfortable . How was d Scaling and polishing done? Did u feel any pain afterwards?

I know two people like that too, a man and a woman. But sadly, the man had a bike accident some years ago and hit his mouth against the ground. Lost 12 teeth instantly, I'm sure that the rest must have gone by now. A young man for that matter!

I didn't feel any pain after wards...The procedure was something I could bear,although the lady that did after me was screaming while it was being done coz of the discomfort and jarring effect on her teeth.

Scaling and polishing is something I would be doing every 6 months onwards.I feel more confident now coz my teeth is bright and shiny.
