That's a whole different thing entirely. We're talking about tooth whitening. A Smelly mouth has a lot to do with hygiene and/or health related issues.

Whitening with strong chemicals weakens the tooth enamel. A dentist told me that whitening is not necessary. Rather, keep the teeth clean and shining in whatever color.

I use cleansing Charcoal Toothpaste and the outcome has been wonderful. The only snag is that the effect of the effect of the toothpaste is gradual.

SO i did mine with a very good dentist @Desolasmiles on IG. She was able to do home service and it is quite affordable. You can check her page for more info. Y'all should also do your scaling and polishing at least once a year.

The most important thing is the yearly scaling and polishing. Whitening is good aesthetic if you can afford it.

Just last two weeks,i visited one big pharmacy here in Abuja and i told one of their sales rep that what can i use to make my teeth white and she said am i going for an advertisement program ni,i told her to stop that am not there to play, in a nut-shell she recommended CHARCOAL TOOTHPASTE for me to be using morning and night after food every day and let see what will happen next
