Please my infinix Note 5 proximity sensor locks after system update. Also I can't lock my screen and open it again. I have to restart the phone. All these started after System update.

Hello,my Infinix hot 6x phone alarm won't work when my phone is off,I don't just know what caused it cos some years back when I bought the phone,the alarm worked normally even when my phone is switched off,it will still wake me up.Compare to now that I have to leave my phone on through out the night just only because I want the alarm to wake me up.pls what can I do about this?

It's the charging port. I experienced it on my infinix phone too, I changed the charging port and it stops.

Infinix note 8i with 128 rom, 6gb, infinix note 7 with 128gb, 6gb ram and infinix note 8 with 128gb, 6gb. Which is the best to buy? How much?

Please who knows when infinix hot 10s will be available in nigeria for purchase

It will still disturb you later, if the phone is still under warranty, go change the charging port free at carlcare. Did you notice the phone is charging slow some times?

I was at calcare and was told to pay 1900 for it even though the phone is just 2 months plus old

Did you show them the pack of the phone? Or maybe they checked and the error of the phone was from you.
My phone had same issue, I was charged 2k for it because the warranty has expired with 3months. My sister phone had same issue and it was just 2 months old phone, they checked it and find out the fault was not from her. They replaced the charging port without fee and within 2 hours.
Find out from them if the fault was from you.

My infinix phone s5 with 128gb ram, 6gb was pickpocket yesterday. I need something better and higher than the former.
I have noticed infinix always having charging port issue.
