If you a stable location, exercise book production won't be bad. With time, you'll get your own machines and start printing jotters, calanders, fliers etc

If you are the type that like academic, a primary school establishment won't be bad.

If your wife is not fully employed, or can resign, a joint restaurant will be the best option. You'll rent one shop (with like 120k) and use zinc to extend it forward. Then use like 70k to furnish it. Get 30k pots and utensils. Then get like 80k plastic chair and table. Also, try and get a TERMINAL shop so that you can cook and wash plates at the edge.
