But one more tip - if you can handle the angst of having a driving licence you're not actually using to drive, get a UK provisional licence, solely for proof of address purposes. It's about 35 pounds for a 10 year licence, good value, and its free to change the licence when you change address.

So wife, kids and I came in January through student visa. She studies for MA Education, while I work. The plan is for me to study a health related MSc (one of the preregistration courses) in future. Its two months now that I started a full time job as Support Worker - learning disability so as to gain experience and qualify for MSc entry (My background is not health related).

The company has been supportive with many courses and training. But they can't sponsor work visa.

My worry is if this plan is good enough or are there other things we could consider. I strongly believe information is power . The goal is to get a way to stay o.

In your own way, you are on track.
All you can do is keep seeking jobs where you will a) earn up to the threshold for sponsorship; and b) get/convince a company to sponsor you.
Many companies not already registered sponsors dont want to get into the whole sponsorship thing because they feel its expensive and a hassle, but it's really none of those things and I've heard of cases where some employees were able to initiate that conversation with HR and it got done.

As you have said, your backup plan is to take up a health-related MSc in future, presumably to enable you enter into a field with more employability where jobs with sponsorship are more likely. This is effectively a very good backup plan to have, so you are on track.

Please do you know if NHS offer sponsorship? I just got an offer of employment with an NHS trust as an HCA with the option of automatic switch to a registered nurse upon completion of my MSc but I want to be sure they offer sponsorship for Tier 2 so I can switch my Visa upon graduation.

NHS employer pension contributions alone puts the nurse on £35,000 in a much better position as compared to the self-employed nurse on £75,000.

If you're asking this question, sir, you haven't done your basic research.
All the info you need about the health and care visa is available free on the government website, payscales, eligible occupations, etc. Take some time out and go through it.
This is information that an OISC Level 1 immigration adviser will charge you good money to provide, but its actually free.

Pay-600-700weekly (negotiable)
Client will cater for your feeding and living expense.
Client is mixed kenyan and indian.
Age preference- 20-40years( not discriminating this is just as a result of demanding nature of the job).

Ideally the candidate should be a single individual or someone with grown up kids as its gona be a full time live in role hence no time to pay attention to any dependants.

Not likely. What happens is most people get the first letter and ignore it then when they receive a final letter with a strong warning of legal action they begin to panic and think they are being tracked. Happened to a friend of mine, he nearly shit into his pants lol until I told him to complete the no licence needed form online if he is not doing watching any program that falls in TV licence category, he did it and ever since then there hasn't been any letter again.

I am not sure you can use work experience to get a skilled job sponsorship visa if you don't have the right certificate. All those courses you are doing are part of CPD for health discipline and it can never count as a proper certificate in Learning Disability. You can consider doing some diploma course in that field to stand a better chance

Good morning All! Please has anyone been informed to proceed to the Nigerian embassy for enrollment after payment on their Innovate 1 platform?

I applied for a passport renewal and paid the fee on the innovate 1 platform. After 2 days the payment went through and I was sent a mail to go for enrollment at the embassy in London without any link for appointment. Can I go the embassy without any appointment? Has anyone gone through this process recently? I expect your kind suggestions.
