It paid off cos Mobile producing is also building theirs in Eket, and NLNG in Port Harcourt.
Wike also provided the enabling environment for the construction to commence and be completed.
Have you ever heard any incident(s) in that Odili Road area where their office is situated?.

Stop typing rubbish. NLNG built it so that they can relocate their head office from Lagos to Rivers. Wike is only commissioning it. This is to show that Rivers and The Niger Delta in general is good for business.

Hell, Wike can't use funds from the state government's scoffers to build a headquarters for a FG-PS owned JV.
