Though you did not ask me this question but i will answer as if it was directed at me.Listen men of understanding and see if it make sense or not.

We all knew that the messengers of God came and gone at different times of our history as human.Nobody can really say if any is false or right. Now is is my humble carnal analysis.I am entangled always in thiw who is really and truely worshipping God between xtain and muslims.I am for both sides because i have both in my nuclear and extended family. This yesterday a similar question came up in our get together when someone asked the other why is she not praying the five daily prayers,well,i just chipped in a word and it became exagerrated,what did i say?i told the one that believe she is right to leave the other for God to judge,then her husband stood in her defense by saying,it is better to commit sin and observe the prayers than not commiting sins as an unbeliver because anybody that doesn't pray.Well,i disagree with this anytime anyday.

My observation and questions goes thus,there were generations before the advent of xtian and islam,right?what is their fate if God is not going to use double standard to judge the universe? remember most if not all do not know what is xtian and islam.

What is the faith/judgement for those that were living during the days of Jesus & Muhamed but never heard of neither of these two prophets?

Is it impossible to be holy without being a xtian or muslim?

Hence till when i can't reason again with my brain,i will continue to accept people for who they are rather than for which religion they practise. I am of the opinion that whoever satisfy God in his ways,deeds and thoughts will make heaven irrespective of his means of communicating God.

People re getting confused about the holy spirit because of pre-concieved ideas and views. Due to some false beliefs, the holy spirit must be something they created so as to support their beliefs which goes contrary to the scriptures.

This is stated to be the
unforgivable sin. Blasphemy is shown to originate within one’s heart ; hence the heart condition, manifest in the willfulness involved, must relate to such blasphemy against the spirit.

(2). I which you would have quoted the sentence completely as eph 4:30 says "do not grief the holy spirit of god" or "gods holy spirit". This shows these holy spirit belongs to a person which is god.

(3) First of all, note Paul’s words recorded,He wrote: “Do not be grieving God’s holy spirit, with which you have
been sealed for a day of
releasing by ransom.” Paul did
not want his beloved fellow

But that could change. We could grieve God’s spirit to a degree by allowing ourselves to drift slowly, perhaps almost imperceptibly, toward conduct condemned in God’s spirit-inspired Word.
If we continually went contrary
to the direction of holy spirit, we would be grieving it and
Jehovah, the Source of that
spirit.

Note , this is totally different from blasphemy against the holy spirit, an unforgivable sin .

1. Think He is a ghost like the King James Version of the

Zechariah 4:6 )

5. Order Him around when He is supposed to be the One
ordering their lives.

6. Overlook that it is the Holy Spirit that causes a person to
be freed from their sins / born again. ( John 3:6 , 20:22 ; Titus
3:5 ; 1 Corinthians 12:3b ; Acts 2:38 )

7. Forget that it was by the Holy Spirit that the prophets of
old spoke. ( Acts 1:16 ; 1 Peter 1:10-11 ; 2 Peter 1:20-21 )

8. Forget that it was by the Holy Spirit that the Scripture
came into being (thus, there are no errors in the Bible). ( 2
Peter 1:20-21 )

9. Miss the Holy Spirit’s involvement in the creation of all
things and in the securing of man’s redemption (He played a
part in raising Jesus from the dead). ( Genesis 1:1-2 ; Romans
8:11 )

10. Are resisting the Holy Spirit and in danger of missing
Heaven because of it (repent and ask God for forgiveness).
( Acts 7:51 ; Romans 10:9 ; John 3:16 )

BONUS Equate His workings (in particular, in the distribution
and operation of spiritual gifts in the Church) as confusion. ( 1

Some avoid giving the Holy Spirit a personal attribute
they think He is an impersonal power, force, seal

Christians of faith know He is a person, know He is God in them
Christians of faith are happy to say off Him:

He is wonderful

He is our counsellor

He is our teacher

He leads us

He has fellowship with us

He talks with us

He is our seal(security) unto the day of redemption

Eph_4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed(secured) unto the day of redemption.



Some don't know anything about the above, they don't have a personal relationship with Him.
