Trying to land a single engine small turboprop plane in very bad weather is not smart ..the beechcraft pilot should have made an air return back to Abj instead of trying to land in heavy windy rain with poor visibility worsened by that giant single prop whirling rain water on the windscreen... Well pilots always suffer from VIP fright when carrying a Very important person and don't want to disappoint them
