Christianity is one of the most dominant religions in the world today. There is virtually no nation on earth where Chriatianity has not been preached. There is virtually no nation on earth where Jesus has not been preached The great commission as it is called is the final instructions of Jesus to his disciples after his resurrection from death. Matthew 24:14 categorically says that after the gospel of Jesus is preached to all nations the end will come. The gospel though having been preached to all nations for over a century,the end is yet to come. Though there are other conditions as stated in Luke 21. But the issue is this. All these conditions have been met by either missionaries or colonialists for years. Yet the end has not yet come. Most Pastors have attributed the Covid-19 Pandemic to be a sure sign that the end is near. The question begs the following; 1. Is this the first time there has been a global pandemic? 2. Is this first time there would be wars? 3. The gospel, thanks to missionaries who sort to fulfill the gospel has been preached to all nations for centuries,yet the end is not even close. 4. There have been worse pandemics, wars, eclipses, etc than we are presently experiencing . 5. With the widespread of Christianity to the ends of the earth, what significant difference has it made? Atleast 50 percent of Nigerian believe the gospel of Jesus,yet Nigeria is one of the worst countries in the world in terms of sinfulness, poverty and insecurity. So it makes it difficult to preach to the rest of the world that Christianity is the solution to peace, righteousness and riches (being successful). This makes ones question the validity of Christianity; Is it just another religion like Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, etc All claiming to be the true religion. I have been trying to correct your views on this matter for long but you often flair up and turn to rage over facts. Christ is the truth {John 14:6} i don't know how old you are but whoever has grown above puberty stage certainly knows that the truth can never ever have up to 2% in any society or generation. Because 99.9% of people are looking for their own interest therefore they'll never give in to ideas that will not bring them quick gain and that is what TRUTH always does it doesn't bring quick result rather whoever takes side with the truth often experience immediate negativity from all sides. Matthew 10:34-36 So the ideology of having a large number of people on the side of Jesus (Truth) is a deceit from the father of lies! John 8:44 What you need to know is that there has never been a time in history when people up to 5% of the population were on God's side and Satan the one deceiving the whole inhabited earth is still very much around! Revelations 12:9 So first try to figure out who are the true Christians out of billions claiming Christians {Matthew 7:13-14} then meditate on what is obtainable in their gathering {John 17:20-23} Jesus himself told his true followers: "I have said these things to you so that by means of me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation, but take courage! MaxInDHouse:Once again you made an uninformed conclusion. Did Jesus say that there will be more Christians in the world or that the gospel will be preached? There's a difference between the two. Hence whether there are more Chrostians in the world is not the subject of this thread but that the gospel has truly been preached to the ends of the world both physically and virtually. The bolded is not to come until all religionsts on this planet drop their deceptive religious beliefs remaining only Jehovah's Witnesses who would have come out of all the false religions {Revelations 18:4} to form one big and happy family of peace loving worshipers {John 17:20-23} then all the peoples will be hunting JWs out of spite that these people have refused to surrender their faith just as they've all done. Matthew 24:9-14 By that time one world religion will be formed as many false prophets will support and start prophesying about world peace under one global government, then they will declare PEACE and SECURITY {1Thessalonians 5:3} but since JWs have always stand out they will declare JWs infidel globally and start hunting them, it will be so intense that most JWs will give up their faith and accept the world's Government, yet the few ones remaining will start hiding but as this people can't do without worshiping their God force men will be everywhere searching for the. Revelations 16:14-16 Even in Arab nations where some mighty not have heard about JWs the message will be taken to them that there is a group who aren't in support of the world's government, they're claiming that their own government will come from heaven! AntiChristian:Your question makes a lot of sense but due to so many religious contradictions here and there it's not easy to grasp the real identity of Jesus in just one sentence. If you truly want to know, what about showing you EVIDENCES pointing to his real IDENTITY? For instance, if you asked about a certain man whom everyone is talking about will you agree with those who are saying things that can't be verified or those saying things that you can verify with laid down legacies (working out for benefits) by the one in question? Jesus is the son born in Israel as King whose name will be called, "Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace" Isaiah 9:6 How about knowing those under his headship on planet earth, that his Wise Counsels as a Mighty God have help to solve all racial prejudice and political unrest, those he bought with his blood and became their foster Father and rules amongst them as the Prince in whose Kingdom there will be absolute PEACE? |

You Christians are in gross delusion. All your religions are Apostate. They became corrupted a long time ago and lost the truth. They don't even know who the true messiah is, let alone preaching the true gospel. You guys are wasting your time in those entertainment centres aka churches. When the time comes for it to be preached, you all will know but will not believe cos your minds had been condition for centuries to believe in the lie and not the truth. So when the truth comes even with evidence, you guys will ignore it. See Rev 14:1-6; 18:1-4 If the true gospel is what they gave you after they murdered the Messiah and force you guys to become Churchians, there will be no need for the Messiah to sneak back to earth to give John the book of Revelations(future event before the time). In the book is a new gospel that will save the world. The world before the time of the end will be corrupted by the devil with his 2 horns(2 major religion of confusion) -Rev 12:9. It will be that only the true message which will be preached at endtime will save the world. You can take that to your bank.

Have you ever wondered why the Book of Acts of the Apostles begins with the Apostles witnessing in Jerusalem, then the whole of Judea, to Samaria (Acts 8:5) and finally with Paul setting foot in Rome (Acts 28:10)? And the night following the Lord stood by him, and said, Be of good cheer, Paul: for as thou hast testified of me in Jerusalem, so must thou bear witness also at Rome. (Acts 23:11) It is instructive to note that the instruction of Jesus was not bound by space as the Roman empire stretched throughout Europe to as far as England, beyond Arabia and parts of Africa, but was bound by time. Time: Let's take a glimpse at the giant image in Nebuchadnezzar's dream. It was made of four metals and towards the end of the last metal, clay was mixed with it. The last metal is Rome. We know that this dream was God's way of showing us the transition of rule (over the world) by dynasties before a stone (not cut by human hands) destroys the image from its feet. That stone signifying the Kingdom of God taking over the whole world. As we know it, the Kingdom of God is not come. And if God's interpenetration is anything to go by, Rome is still in control of the earth, though not with absolute power due to the influence of clay on it. Therefore, the gospel must continue because the time for its discontinuity hasn't come. |

Did you read your bible at all or just recycling what your pastors tell you? What was the gospel of Jesus? That the kingdom of God was near. And it's the dispensation of the Holysprit. Romans 14:17 The kingdom started with Christ and expanded with the giving of the Holy Spirit to the apostles. The commission to the disciples was to expand the kingdom to the test of the world which has been met. Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. |
