To enable a quick resolve of the incidence incase you anyone falls victim, follow these 6 steps to the Fraudster’s Bank for further assistance.

1. Screenshot all previous chats across all messaging app (Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram or Facebook).

2. Write out the Full name and account number of the page or scammer.

3. Go to the last notification your bank sent you after you made the payment (via mobile app or text) copy out the "TRANSACTION ID NUMBER". Or take screenshot.

4. Go to any branch of the scammer bank (the bank the scammer used), ask to see the CUSTOMER SERVICE in charge of FRAUD.

5. If you can, print out all those chats with the scammer, evidence of payment made and submit it.

6. While at the bank, send an email to the SCAMMER'S BANK and copy CBN FRAUD DESK (anticorruptionunit@cenbank.org). This will enable the bank to act faster.

With these steps, the culprit’s account will be PLACED ON HOLD. BVN will be blocked permanently, hence they would be unable to transact banking business in their name until the situation is cleared.

Used p2p and a seller was referred
Bought some USDT and transferred Kuda to Kuda
Was given 39 mins for payment
Seller kept saying he hasn't seen payment (same bank)
When it was 5 mins left I appealed and sent the same screenshots I sent in chat and that was when he released the coin.

I read reviews after the whole thing and many people had same complaint.
