This compound has been uninhabited for more than a year but the ambience is superb. I will have a hard time convincing my family to leave for the city after this weekend. They all love it here.

I used paints from the Sharon paints and chemical company. Their paints are very competitive among other high quality paints. I will recommend it again. There are a lot of very good Nigerian made tiles like Time ceramics.

Oga spyder. I believe they have always had better quality from inception. People pay for what they can afford then cry on low quality, its just like China items our people go there to request for low quality that will meet minimum standard to max their profit.

In fact I have a client who still likes this plan and want(ed me to build it for him but when I told him the likely cost, he started considering a bungalow instead. This was just last week.

I hope you told him that it is this week's conservative estimate because as things are going now, it is going to the point where a client just has to start--whatever he sees, he takes. If he has N2m, let him start the foundation. Na for him eye everything go happen

it comes with more maintenance because the bearings will be needing lubrication and sometimes change

not necessarily. Once the mason does a good job of hanging the gate, it will outlive the fence. Materials plays a very important role though. Should you have the money, go for 3" *1.5 channel instead of regular 3" angle iron or worse pipe

you just have to spend well if you want to get it right. If you spare on material then be ready to suffer
