This information is correct they have since concluded with documents reviews and shortlisted candidates. All this while it's approval they have been waiting for according to a staff. He said the process is on and wasn't canceled or paused.
For those hoping that they would ask some to upload he said they've gone past that stage

Yes, this is their first open recruitment. And the process started June, 2020. Hope this helps.
