That means is a general problem then , last year employees and CEO got paid but don't really understand this year's payment. No need going to the bank the issue is not peculiar to you many has same issue.

I registered 3 companies only one was paid all employee's except the CEO an it with was the last company I registered that got this payment while the first 2 didn't , is likely they use bottom up approach on the application recieved.

I have a feeling all CEOS of companies whose employees have all been paid will get alert soon. Then new set of companies employees will also get paid.
All we just need is patience.
My staffs 8 were all paid 30k 3times btw 1st - 9th of May. But as a CEO i am hopeful and will surely get paid soon.

Why not ask the person that informed you to show the evidence of payment or the source of information.
