Remember DCLM is a feed. It is only on air when Pst Kumuyi is about to preach. Use any of the test stations to track it with high signal, then and only then you'll have a stable view.

Re-scan your decoder. They have moved to another fequency.

Please, how do I get MBC channels on MyTv Africa, Strong Decoder? I had them and Aljazeera until some few weeks ago.

You can track but you won't get videos only audio. Because your decoder is not h265

Just watch while it last as they will still start selling their decoders

I think it is good to have a motorized dish at list 1.8m . This will help you to simply move your dish to any location that any of your favorite channels move to. Just an advice

Remember you ask for a low budget decoder then you can try csat8 Pro Extra. Please try as much as you can to protect it from lightening and power surge.

Go to any electrical appliances store and ask.

There are surge arresters but I won't advise it. When there's lightning and thunderstorm just isolate your decoder from the mains and if possible disconnect the cable from the lnb to the decoder.
