Presently I am in pocession of the land and now this person comes forward and says the land belongs to him because he has a cofo and is threatening to sue.what is the possible outcome of this case |

Parker6:you don't have to sandhill before building and it is not susceptible to erosion like a swampy land |

Parker6: Simply means you don't have to sandfill the land so you can just begin construction on the land immediately without sandfilling and such lands aren't prone to erosion.
