I heard about a woman who was the leader of body parts dealers.

I think we need to stop seeing these people as ritualists. Ritualists offer sacrifices ... human... beasts... whatever in the hope that their gods will provide their wants. These people are about money... nothing spiritual their actions... ransom/slaughter the victims and sell their body parts or both.
